Please read and understand the following terms and conditions:

▪️AED 5.05/7.05(depends on salik rate) will be charged per Salik crossing.

▪️Security deposit will be AED 1000/- (both Card/Cash is acceptable) . It will be refunded after 21 days from the date of return. Bank details are required for refunding the money.

▪️Smoking is not allowed inside the car. Penalty will be AED 500

▪️A 10% service fee will be applied to any traffic fines incurred during the rental period. To avoid this fee, pay the fine yourself and provide us with the payment receipt on the same day.

▪️In case of a block/red fine or impounding, a service charge of AED 500 will be applicable, and it should be paid immediately.

▪️Our vehicle has comprehensive insurance, and in case of an accident, if it is a red/unknown accident report, you need to pay an excess amount of AED 1000. However, if it is a green report, no charges need to be paid. To avoid the excess liability of AED 1000, you can subscribe to full insurance by paying AED 30 per day. This subscription is optional.

▪️The police paper is mandatory for all the accidents. Fully insured customers should submit the police report for the accident damages to claim full insurance.

▪️It is mandatory to take a video or photo proof of the inside and outside of the car from your end to avoid any inconvenience during returns if there is any damage.

▪️The concerned person should be present during the car's delivery and collection.

▪️Extra fuel cannot be reimbursed or adjusted.

▪️If the car is returned uncleaned, a cleaning charge of AED 50 will be applicable.

▪️If lost or requested for a spare key, please note a minimum fee starting from AED 1000/- will be charged depending on the vehicle

▪️The vehicle must be returned at the same time it was taken. If the return exceeds 24 hours — the system will automatically calculate it as an additional rental day.

Example- If a vehicle is rented at 10:00 AM on April 1st, it must be returned by 10:00 AM on April 2nd. If the vehicle is returned at 11:30 AM, it will be counted as 2 rental days.
